As founder of Martinelli Caputi Ltd., Santino has led the company through its growth from a single state RI Real Estate Law Office to a Regional Title Services Solution provider now operating in 9 states throughout the Northeast.
His leadership and legal guidance ensures a consistently smooth transaction for our clients. Santino founded the company on the principals of transparency, communication, and accountability and understands that our success is measured by the happiness of our clients.
Santino’s past experience as Legal Counsel for the Narragansett Bay Commission and Legal Counsel-CVCP for the Rhode Island General Treasures Office gives him a broad legal background in real estate, environmental, and civil litigation law.
He is a graduate of Roger Williams University School of Law and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals.
Santino lives in Lincoln, Rhode Island with his wife, two children and dog Bentley. He enjoys spending time with his family and loves to golf.

As principal owner of Martinelli Caputi Ltd., Jennifer is responsible for leading our operations and client service teams while ensuring that we provide the most up-to-date services based on current regulations and market conditions. Her daily objective is to make sure every client is treated like family and that every transaction is handled with the utmost professionalism.
Jennifer is also responsible for our Green office initiatives and developed the Go Green Real Estate Closing. She is also our in-house social media expert and manages and contributes the content of our company newsletter.
Jennifer is a graduate of Roger Williams University Law School and a member of the Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut Bar Associations. She is also a member of the RI Association of Realtors and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors, where she sits on the Government Affairs Committee. Jennifer is admitted to practice before the United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals. She has also been an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Principals at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.
Jennifer now enjoys antiquing, running, and spending time with her husband and two children.

John has over 12 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industry. He has successfully closed hundreds of mortgage loans and short sales. As our Business Development Manager he is responsible for fostering our existing client relations while he builds relationships with some of the top Realtors, Mortgage Professionals and other referral sources. He is adding to his large referral network of the best professionals in the business. He brings a deep knowledge of mortgage banking and uses that to help our clients experiencing a hardship complete the sale of their homes with dignity, by negotiating their short sale. Mireilly has many years of experience working in the Real Estate field. She currently is our administrative assistant and she starts the title process off by initiating and setting up new files. Her witty personality and positive attitude is a pleasure to have in the office.

Gina has been in the legal field for over 12 years and earned a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University.  She is an important member of the title team using her detail oriented approach to make sure every title is cleared for closing as soon as possible. Her follow up and communication skills are second to none.

Sandy has over 10 years experience working as a multi-state real estate paralegal. She currently is part of the title team. Sandy is here to assist with all the pre closing aspects for our clients. Sandy’s knowledge is an asset to our company and our clients.

Michelle joined Martinelli Caputi Ltd. in 2006. She has experience working for Law Firms in both MA and RI, which gave her a deep knowledge of working with multiple states. With over 13 years experience in real estate, she has developed great customer service skills and can handle your buyers, sellers and refinance questions with confidence. She is great at communicating and coordinating one of the most important steps in the transactions, the closing.

Danielle has been a real estate paralegal for 7 years, her work ethic and can do attitude drives her to provide outstanding customer service. She has great follow up skills and coordinates closings for our buyer’s, seller’s and refinance clients.

Barbara Jean has over 12 years experience working as a real estate paralegal. She is part of the Post Closing and Short Sale Team. She has over 7 years of successful short sale negotiations experience working with both large and small lenders. Her knowledge and expertise greatly adds to our team’s success.

Patricia has 15 years experience working as a real estate paralegal and 3 years in processing and Negotiating Short Sales. She brings a lot of positive energy to our team and is always ready to take on any challenge.
